This is a picture from my city. Somewhere..
Taken from the roof of a public car park building.
When I viewed it now, a few years later, a title came to me along with some photoshop editing.

"Roof Garden" was also the name of a very popular nightclub here some centuries ago..
(it feels like centuries anyway..;)
